USE OF IP ADDRESSES We use your IP Address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. VIII. USE OF LOG FILES As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE SITE Sellers - When a person expresses interest in a property that you have listed on NoCommish.com, you will receive an email from Support@nocommish.com which will provide the buyer’s contact information, as well as copy of the email message from the buyer. This is sent through NoCommish so the buyer will not see your email address. You then have the choice of responding to the buyer and providing your contact information. No one will contact you directly unless you choose to post your contact information in the property details section of your property. Buyers – When you register with the site you will receive a confirmation email. You may not opt-out of receiving this communication, any critical service update, or purchase confirmation emails. If you opt-in to receive our newsletter and special promotional emails you will receive these via email. See “Choice/Opt-Out”to change your preferences or unsubscribe. XII. ORDERS If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. In order to process your order, you must provide contact information such as name, email, and shipping address and financial information such as credit card number, expiration date. We use this information for billing purposes only and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. XIII. TELL-A-FRIEND If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. An email will be generated that comes from your email address and is sent to your friend. This is a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site.
